单张品牌展示图的权利说明

本图由 MIORNING（喵咛）提供，作者已明确同意将这一张图纳入本次字体发布包及随附 HTML，作为品牌气质展示。原始详细角色设定信息图、其他角色图片和私人素材不在本次发行范围内。

这张图片不采用 SIL Open Font License 1.1，也不是字体软件的一部分。MIORNING 商标及角色相关权利保留；本次允许入包展示，不等于向收件人授予该 IP 图片的独立复用、改编、品牌推广、商品化或其他商业利用许可。需要另外使用该图片或角色时，应另行取得相应授权。

这一说明仅涉及品牌图像与商标，不对字体软件增加任何限制。字体、字形源码、专用构建代码、HTML/CSS/JavaScript 与项目文档仍依各自已列明的许可提供；字体继续采用未改动的 SIL OFL 1.1。使用者可以按 OFL 独立使用、商用、修改与再分发字体，不必保留这张图片，也不需要使用 MIORNING 商标或角色。

重新分发字体软件时可移除 branding/ip-preview.png 及网页中的展示区；图片不是安装、构建、试字或导出文字 PNG 的依赖。完整 OFL 条款见根目录 OFL.txt。

English summary
The author supplied and explicitly approved this one image for inclusion in this release and its accompanying HTML as a brand illustration. The image is not licensed under SIL OFL 1.1 and is separate from the Font Software. MIORNING trademark and character rights are reserved. Inclusion is not a grant of independent reuse, adaptation, merchandising or commercial IP rights.
These image-specific terms add no restrictions to the Font Software. Users may remove the brand illustration and continue to use, modify and redistribute the font under the unchanged OFL. See OFL.txt.
